FREEHOLD, NJ – A school bus driver from Manalapan has been arrested on charges related to child sexual abuse materials, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago announced Thursday.

Brian R. McBride, 28, was taken into custody on Wednesday, October 25, facing charges of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child by distribution and third-degree possession of child sexual abuse materials.

The arrest followed an investigation by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office High-Tech Crime Bureau, alongside the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, which began after a tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Evidence found indicated McBride’s involvement in the possession and distribution of the illicit materials on social media.
