Jersey City Dispatcher Arrested for Illegally Using Police Computers

JERSEY CITY, NJ – Rose Davis, a 58-year-old Jersey City 9-1-1 dispatcher, has been charged with Computer Criminal Activity, a second-degree crime.

The arrest, conducted by the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Investigations Unit, occurred on Tuesday.

Davis, accused of improperly accessing and retaining personal records and information, was apprehended at the Prosecutor’s Office in Secaucus. She is scheduled for a court appearance on Thursday, December 7.

The investigation by the Jersey City Special Investigations Unit revealed that on July 15, Davis used her role to unlawfully obtain information.
