CLAIRTON, PA – In the early hours of today, a fatal shooting incident occurred at the intersection of Wylie Avenue and Reed Street in Clairton. The Allegheny County Police Department’s Homicide Unit is conducting an investigation following the discovery of a deceased male victim.
The event was first reported to County 9-1-1 at approximately 2:15 AM. Upon arrival, first responders located the adult male victim, who had been shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The homicide detectives are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
