Lititz Man Charged with Assault and Strangulation

WARWICK TOWNSHIP, PA – On January 4th, officers from the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department (NLCRPD) responded to a welfare check at a residence on the 100 block of Chestnut Street, Warwick Township.

They encountered a victim with visible facial injuries.

The investigation revealed that Robert Leon Boll, a 55-year-old from Lititz, had inflicted the injuries on his wife the day prior.

He reportedly strangled her to the point of breathlessness. Boll was apprehended and is facing charges of Simple Assault and Strangulation.

He was taken into custody and presented before the Magisterial District Judge for these charges.
