BROOKLYN, NY – The 61st Precinct of the New York City Police Department has issued an alert for the public’s assistance in locating 76-year-old Fernando Lopes. Lopes, a white male with a light complexion, gray hair, and gray beard, was last seen leaving 150 55 Street on Tuesday at approximately 8:20 am. Standing at about 5’8″ and weighing around 170 pounds, he was last observed wearing a light blue shirt, gray pants, and carrying a purple NYU bag. Residents of Brooklyn, especially around 2950 Avenue T, where Lopes resides, are urged to report any sightings or information that could aid in his safe return.
