WASHINGTON, D.C. – Two suspects, a man and a woman, were arrested by the D.C. Metro Police Department for their involvement in a January shooting incident. The arrests were made on Tuesday by Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force members.
The suspects, identified as 42-year-old Stephan Moorer from Southeast, D.C., and 40-year-old Natasha Mack from Southwest, D.C., allegedly engaged in a confrontation with the victim inside a residence located in the 400 block of Chesapeake Street, Southeast on January 26. During the altercation, one suspect fired a handgun, injuring the victim. The victim, familiar with the suspects, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was later hospitalized.
Moorer and Mack have been charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Gun), following the issuance of DC Superior Court arrest warrants.
