Washington, NJ – Two people have been charged with child neglect after leaving two toddlers in a vehicle while they went into a winery on a tasting session. John O’Mahoney, 43, and Radhika Vyas, 37, both of Phillipsburg, are facing charges related to the incident.

Troopers from the Washington Barracks responded to Four Sisters Winery in White Township on Friday, where reports indicated that the children, aged 2 and 3, were left alone in the car. The vehicle, however, left the scene before authorities arrived.
