LYNCHBURG, VA – William Blair of Lynchburg struck gold with a Virginia Lottery Print ‘n Play Rolling Jackpot ticket, winning a substantial $154,382 jackpot. Blair purchased the lucky ticket at the Apple Market located at 6002 Boonesboro Road in Lynchburg.
Blair, who works in construction, was initially just trying to understand the game when he discovered his winning ticket. “I guess Lady Luck was on my side,” he remarked to Virginia Lottery officials after claiming his prize.
As for his plans with the winnings, Mr. Blair intends to use part of his jackpot to repair his vehicle, keeping his plans modest despite the large windfall.
