NYC School Safety Officer Arrested for DUI

NEW YORK, NY— An off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged with multiple offenses relating to driving under the influence within the 122 Precinct. The incident occurred on Monday at 11:33 AM.

Rubenia Tolbert, a 43-year-old female who serves in the NYPD School Safety division, now faces charges including operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, DWI (Driving While Intoxicated), and DWAI (Driving While Ability Impaired).

The arrest took place under the jurisdiction of the 122 Precinct.
