Man Critically Injured in D.C. Stabbing, Suspect Arrested

Washington, DC – A proactive patrol led to the swift arrest of a suspect involved in a stabbing in Northwest D.C.

Early Saturday morning, around 4:50 a.m., officers from the Third District were alerted by citizens near 12th Street and U Street, where they found a man suffering from stab wounds. The victim quickly identified his assailant to the officers on the scene, leading to an immediate arrest. The injured man was transported by DC Fire and EMS to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Tyrone Graham, a 42-year-old resident of Southeast, has been charged with Assault with Intent to Kill in connection with the incident.
