by Breaking Local News Report

Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a case in Donegal Township after a business arrangement led to theft allegations against a Kentucky woman. Samantha Brown, 34, from Louisville, Kentucky, is wanted for charges of theft and receiving stolen property.

The incident involves the Baneberry Meadows Bed & Breakfast, which was listed for sale earlier in 2024. The owner of the property contacted state troopers after discovering that several items, including an antique wooden bar, were missing. According to the victim, Brown had expressed interest in purchasing the bed and breakfast and agreed to manage the establishment until she and her husband could finalize the purchase.

As part of the arrangement, Brown consented to split the profits with the current owner while operating under his guidance to get the business up and running. However, the situation took a turn when the owner discovered that valuable items had gone missing, leading to the theft allegations.

The investigation is ongoing as police work to locate Brown and further clarify the circumstances surrounding the alleged theft.
