Celina lottery player wins $100K on scratch-off

CELINA, Ohio — A lucky Ohio Lottery player has claimed the $100,000 top prize after purchasing a Buckeye Cash scratch-off ticket at the Walmart Supercenter on Havemann Road in Celina.

The $5 Buckeye Cash scratch-off game offers a top prize of $100,000, and after mandatory federal and state tax withholdings totaling 28%, the winner will take home approximately $72,000.

According to Ohio Lottery officials, as of October 25, two top prizes remain unclaimed for the Buckeye Cash game.
