Zanesville player wins $100K on scratch-off

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – A lucky lottery player in Zanesville has claimed the top $100,000 prize on the Ohio Lottery’s Linked Wins scratch-off game after purchasing their ticket at Speedway #9279 on Maysville Avenue.

The winner, who opted for the $5 scratch-off ticket, will take home approximately $72,000 after mandatory state and federal tax withholdings totaling 28 percent.

Linked Wins is a newly released scratch-off game offering players a chance at the $100,000 top prize. As of December 16, three top prizes remain unclaimed.

The Ohio Lottery continues to support education across the state, contributing more than $32 billion to schools since its inception in 1974.
