CAPE CHARLES, VA — John Lowe of Cape Charles had an early morning wake-up he’ll never forget when his wife told him he had won a $250,000 jackpot in the Virginia Lottery’s Cash 5 with EZ Match game.
Lowe matched all five winning numbers—3, 9, 22, 29, 32—in the December 20 drawing to claim the top prize. He purchased the winning ticket at the Food Lion located in Cape Charles.
