HENRICO, VA – A Henrico resident is starting the year as a millionaire after winning $1 million in Virginia’s New Year’s Millionaire Raffle.

Cullen Baughan held one of five top-prize-winning tickets in the annual drawing. His lucky ticket, #533140, was purchased at the 7-Eleven located at 3310 Church Road in Henrico.

The other four $1 million winning tickets were sold in Ashburn, Fishersville, Herndon, and Moneta. In addition, seven tickets worth $100,000 each were sold in Amelia, Charlottesville, Marshall, Midlothian, Tazewell, Woodstock, and Yorktown, while 1,000 players won $500 prizes.
