WATERBURY, Conn. — A lucky Powerball player in Waterbury won $150,000 after purchasing a ticket at Royal Mart Inc.

The winner, identified as Deborah J, secured the prize in the March 10, 2025, Powerball drawing.

The Connecticut Lottery has yet to release further details on the winning ticket, including whether a Power Play multiplier increased the original prize amount.

Powerball drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m. The game’s jackpot continues to grow until a ticket matches all six numbers.
