WHITE MARSH, Md. — Baltimore County Police are investigating a shooting that left a teenage boy injured Monday afternoon in the White Marsh area.
Officers responded around 4 p.m. to the 6300 block of Kenwood Avenue following reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, police found a male juvenile with a gunshot wound to the upper body.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital by ambulance. As of Monday evening, police said he was in stable condition.
Detectives said preliminary findings suggest the shooting was an isolated incident and confirmed there is no ongoing threat to the public.
