The incident was reported around 1:15 a.m. Saturday in the 1500 block, according to the Utica Police Department.
Responding officers secured the scene and located several spent rounds, indicating rifle fire in the area. Despite the gunfire, authorities said no property damage has been identified and no individuals have come forward reporting injuries.
