At around 1:23 am on Sunday, Richard J. Miller was arrested by police in Brooklyn.

On Monday, the New York City Police Department announced it had erroneously reported Miller as an EMT.

“Upon further investigation, it was determined that the below arrested individual is not a member of the FDNY,” the department said.

Miller was charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse. The New York City Police Department did not release any further details regarding Miller’s arrest and charges.
