BALTIMORE, MD — Detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying the driver or owner of a vehicle believed to be connected to a double shooting that killed one person and injured another in West Baltimore late last year.

On November 24, 2025, officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 900 block of Poplar Grove Street. At the scene, police found two victims: 29-year-old Chloe Weems, who was pronounced dead, and a 31-year-old man who was injured but survived.

Baltimore Police on Thursday released a photo of a vehicle believed to be connected to the shooting and are seeking information that could help identify who was operating or owns the car.

The vehicle’s make and model were not disclosed publicly, but officials said it is considered a key part of the investigation into the fatal shooting.
