Mini Mart Lottery player hits $300K jackpot in Pennsylvania

$300K jackpot-winning Cash 5 ticket sold at Fayette County mini mart

BULLSKIN TOWNSHIP, PA — A Pennsylvania Lottery player is holding a jackpot-winning ticket worth $300,000 after matching all five numbers in Tuesday night’s Cash 5 with Quick Cash drawing, and the winning slip was sold at a convenience store in Fayette County.

The ticket, which matched the numbers 23-34-36-37-39, was purchased at Honey Bear Mini Mart, located at 2506 Memorial Boulevard in Bullskin Township. The retailer will receive a $500 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The $300,000 prize is subject to applicable withholding and remains unclaimed as of Wednesday. Lottery officials say winners are only identified after tickets are validated and prizes are officially claimed. The deadline to claim a Cash 5 jackpot prize is one year from the date of the drawing.

In addition to the top prize, more than 7,300 other Cash 5 with Quick Cash tickets won smaller amounts in the same drawing. Lottery officials remind players to check all tickets and claim any lower-tier prizes at licensed retailers.

Anyone in possession of the jackpot-winning ticket is urged to contact the Pennsylvania Lottery for instructions on how to proceed with claiming the prize.
