Chadwicks, NY — A lucky lottery player in Oneida County is holding a $50,000 Powerball ticket after matching key numbers in the latest drawing.

The New York Lottery announced that a third-prize-winning ticket for the April 15 Powerball drawing was sold at Mirabito #107, located at 3417 Oneida Street in Chadwicks.

The ticket matched four of the first five numbers plus the Powerball, securing a $50,000 prize.

Powerball drawings are held three times a week at 10:59 p.m., with numbers selected from a field of 1 to 69 and the Powerball drawn separately from a field of 1 to 26.

The New York Lottery continues to contribute billions annually to public education, including $3.6 billion in the most recent fiscal year.
