Overnight Stabbing Leaves Two Injured in Northwest DC

Washington, DC – An overnight stabbing in Northwest D.C. has prompted an investigation by local authorities after two individuals were discovered with serious injuries.

Shortly after midnight on Tuesday, officers from the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to reports of a stabbing in the 3000 block of Van Ness St. Upon arrival, they found a man and a woman suffering from stab wounds.

Fortunately, police reported that both victims were conscious and breathing at the time they were transported to the hospital. Their current conditions remain unknown as of Tuesday morning.
