Two separate DUI arrests send drivers to jail in Stafford

STAFFORD, VA – Two separate incidents late in the evening resulted in DUI arrests after deputies found drivers impaired behind the wheel in different parts of Stafford.

In one case, deputies responded to a call for assistance at a business on Warrenton Road, where a driver was found inside a running pickup truck. Investigators observed signs of intoxication and arrested Kalen Taylor, 39, of Stafford, on a charge of driving under the influence.

In a separate incident, deputies located a vehicle parked in a cul-de-sac with its lights on and the driver asleep inside. The driver, identified as Soufiane Radwane, 47, of Manassas, showed signs of impairment and refused field sobriety and breath tests. A blood draw was conducted.

Radwane was charged with felony DUI and multiple driving revoked offenses and held without bond.
