FAYETTEVILLE, NC – On December 11, 2021, at 02:05 am, officers with the Fayetteville Police Department were dispatched to a reported shooting in the parking lot of 150 Andrews Road in front of Izzy’s Sports Bar.
The preliminary investigation has revealed one adult male victim was shot multiple times in front of the business. He was pronounced deceased on scene. His identification is being withheld pending next of kin notification. This does not appear to be a random incident.
Mark Daniel Millwood (W/M, 49 years of age), of the 5000 block of Gist Place, was pronounced deceased on scene. His next of kin has been notified.
