The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 38-year-old Missing Person Michael Phillips. He was last seen at 2:00 P.M., on Saturday, January 1st, 2022, on the 65XX block of Lincoln Drive.
He is 5’11”, 185 lbs., light brown complexion and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans and blue L.A. Dodgers knit cap.
