Temple Hills man shot in bed, dead after three weeks in hospital

TEMPLE HILLS, MD – Detectives with our Homicide Unit are conducting an investigation into the fatal shooting of 56 year-old Michael Duncans of Temple Hills. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case. Tipsters will never have to give their name. On January 30, 2022, at approximately 11:15 pm, patrol officers were called to the 3300 block of 28th Parkway for a report of a shooting.  They discovered Duncans unresponsive in a bedroom of a home with a gunshot wound to the body. He was taken to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on February 18, 2022.
