17 Year-Old Girl and 22 Year-Old Man Shot in Western Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a double shooting which took place on March 29th. The incident occurred in the 1800 Block of Clifton Avenue in Western Baltimore this evening.

According to detectives, “At approximately 5:39 p.m., officers were in the area of Reisterstown Road and Gwynns Falls Parkway when they hear discharging. A short time later, a call came out for a shooting in the 1800 block of Clifton Avenue. When officers responded, they located a 22 year-old male who was suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital by medics with non-life threatening injuries

At approximately 6:52 p.m., officers responded to an area hospital where a shooting victim walked in seeking treatment. Upon arrival, officers located a 17 year-old female who had been shot in her left leg. The victim’s injuries are non-life threatening. It has been determined that the 17 year-old female walk-in shooting victim was also shot in the 1800 block of Clifton Avenue.”
