Man Wanted for Luring Juvenile With Offer of Money in Brooklyn

NEW YORK, NY – Do you recognize this man? The New York Police Department would like to know who he is after he was accused of luring a child on Wednesday behind an apartment building at 420 East 169th Street.

Police say the man is wanted for following a 12-year-old girl to the back of the building at around 7 am and exposed himself to her. He then offered her money in an attempt to lure her.
