32-Year-Old Killed in Seat Pleasant Motorcycle Crash

SEAT PLEASANT, MD – A Washington, D.C. man was killed during a crash Wednesday night in Seat Pleasant. 32-year-old Vaughan Holland was operating his motorcycle in the area of East Capitol Street and Davey Street at around 7:50 pm when he collided with a van.

The Prince George’s County Police Department said a preliminary investigation revealed that when the driver of the van entered the center median that separates the eastbound and westbound lanes of East Capitol Street, the motorcycle struck the van. Holland was transported to the hospital and pronounced dead a short time later. The driver of the vehicle was not injured and remained on the scene.
