TOLEDO, OH – 16 year-old Jerimiah Chappell was reported missing after leaving his group home on 7/26/2021. A group home employee believed that he may have been going to Defiance, Ohio to see his girlfriend. Jerimiah is a black male, 6’2, and weighed 140 pounds.
