16-Year-Old Arrested In D.C. Armed Robbery

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A 16-year-old male was arrested on Friday after an Armed Robbery and Assault of an unidentified victim in Northeast, D.C., that occurred Friday evening.

Just before 8:30 pm, the suspect approached the victim after exiting his vehicle at the 1000 block of Shepherd Street. The suspect displayed a handgun and demanded the victim’s property. The victim was assaulted by the suspect before the suspect left the scene.

The suspect was arrested that same night and charged with Armed Robbery.
