CSX Train Collides with Two Tractor-Trailers in Rosedale

ROSEDALE, MD – On Wednesday, police confirmed that a CSX train collided with two tractor-trailers in the 7500 block of Lake Drive, resulting in at least one driver being hospitalized.

The incident prompted the response of Hazmat crews and the Baltimore County Fire Department.

The tracks in the area were temporarily closed due to the collision.

It is still unclear why the trucks were on the tracks during the incident, and investigators have not yet provided any additional information on the matter.

The BCFD has yet to issue a final report of their investigation.
