New York City, NY – An unsettling incident unfolded between Tompkins Square Park and St Mark’s Place, as a woman engaged in alarming behavior, resulting in her apprehension by law enforcement authorities.
Eyewitnesses reported that the woman, whose identity has not been disclosed, allegedly dragged a bystander by the hair, demonstrating aggressive behavior. Disturbingly, she also attempted to grab a 7-month-old baby, putting the child at risk. Additionally, the woman was reported to have made threatening gestures towards others in the vicinity.
