PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is urgently seeking the public’s assistance in finding John Luckner Delice, an endangered person who was last seen on July 25, 2023, at 5:00 pm on the 4100 block of Markland Street.
John, a 66-year-old man, stands at a height of 5’8 and weighs approximately 160 lbs. At the time of his disappearance, he was dressed in a brown long-sleeve pajama top with camo shorts and peculiarly had two different shoes on.
With concern for his well-being, authorities are urging anyone with information on John’s current location or possible whereabouts to contact the East Detectives at 215-686-3243 or dial 911 immediately.
