Girl Walking Dog Accosted by Scooter Bound Deviant

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a forcible touching incident.

The incident occurred on Wednesday, July 5, at around 9:37 p.m.

A 17-year-old female, while walking her dog in the vicinity of 61 Street and 3 Avenue, was approached by an unknown individual.

The suspect forcibly touched the victim’s genital area before fleeing eastbound on 60 Street on a scooter. The victim did not sustain any physical injuries.

The suspect is described as a male of light complexion, approximately 5’5” to 5’7” tall with a slim build. He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, black t-shirt, and dark colored shorts, riding a dark-colored two-wheel scooter.
