PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is reaching out to the public for assistance in finding missing endangered person Ruby Smith, who was last seen on Thursday, July 27, 2023, at around 3:50 pm, leaving Jefferson Hospital from the 11th Street side, walking towards Chestnut Street, and turning right onto Chestnut Street.
Ruby Smith, aged 68, is of medium build, standing at 5 feet 7 inches tall, and weighs approximately 170 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. At the time of his disappearance, Mr. Smith was wearing grey sweatpants, a grey hoodie with the letter “E” on the left chest, a blue shirt, a black hat, and black sneakers. One of his frequented places to visit is Penns Landing.
