$547k Lottery Jackpot Split Between Two Winners

HARRISBURG, PA — Two lucky jackpot-winning tickets from the Pennsylvania Lottery Cash 5 with Quick Cash drawing on Monday, August 21, will share a sizable jackpot prize of $547,829. The winners were sold in Dauphin and Allegheny counties, bringing joy to the players and a bonus to the retailers.

Each ticket, successfully matching all five balls drawn (4-11-19-21-27), will lead to individual prizes of $273,914.50, less applicable withholding. The winning tickets were sold by Speedway, located at 6821 Paxton St., Harrisburg, Dauphin County, and Giant Eagle, situated at 9805 McKnight Road, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County. Both retailers receive a $500 bonus for their role in the success.

As the winners have yet to be known, prizes must be claimed, and tickets must be validated. A main Cash 5 game prize must be claimed within one year of the drawing date, and Quick Cash game prizes must be claimed within one year of the purchase date. Jackpot winners are urged to contact the nearest Lottery office or call 1-800-692-7481 for further instructions.

The Monday drawing also brought luck to more than 16,400 other Cash 5 with Quick Cash ticket holders, who won various prizes. Players are encouraged to check every ticket and claim lower-tier prizes at a Lottery retailer.
