New York, NY – The New York City Police Department is requesting public assistance in identifying an individual involved in a robbery in the Bronx’s 40th Precinct.
The incident occurred on Thursday, August 10, at around 11:45 a.m. An unidentified individual approached a 33-year-old male who was riding a ‘Citi Bike’ near Melrose Avenue and East 154 Street.
The suspect punched the victim in the face, knocked him off the bicycle, and then fled with it. EMS transported the victim to NYC Health+Hospitals/Lincoln where he is in stable condition.
