Employee Assaulted During Gunpoint Robbery at Germantown 7-Eleven

GERMANTOWN, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police- Major Crimes Division are investigating an armed robbery that occurred on Tuesday, at a 7-Eleven on the 12300 block of Middlebrook Road.

At approximately 12:45 a.m., officers responded to the report of a robbery at the location.

Two suspects entered the store; one displayed a black handgun and demanded cash from an employee. The second suspect physically assaulted another employee while stealing personal property.

Both suspects fled the scene with cash, merchandise, and personal items.

The first suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 5-feet, 9-inches tall, wearing all black clothing. The second suspect is a Black male, approximately 6-feet tall, wearing a black mask with a white letter or logo near the eye. They are believed to have been driving a white SUV or pick-up truck.

The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is asked to contact the Major Crimes Division.
