He resisted arrest, injuring Chief Laidacker in the process. Cochran was eventually detained and transported to the Catawissa Police Department.

Jared Cochran faces multiple charges, including Aggravated Assault against officers, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Resisting Arrest, Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and Harassment. He was transferred to Columbia County Prison for probation violation and pending charges. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
