COLUMBUS, OH – A combined effort from investigators and officers led to charges being filed against two individuals concerning the fatal shooting and armed robbery that took place at an auto parts store on Sancus Blvd. in August.

Zackeyis Davis, 22, faces charges of aggravated murder, while Darius Wynn, 28, is being charged with murder. Both are currently held in the Delaware County Jail.

On the day of the incident, Columbus Police were dispatched to the 8300 block of Sancus Blvd., where they found Alejandro Fajardo-Torres, 43, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Alejandro was pronounced deceased at the scene, and a second victim was treated for injuries resulting from blunt-force trauma. Preliminary findings from the investigation revealed Alejandro tried to thwart an ongoing armed robbery when he was fatally shot.
