Philadelphia Parks & Recreation’s Special Events Office Temporarily Closed

PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Special Events Office of Philadelphia Parks & Recreation, located at the Winter Street Building, 233 N 22nd St, Philadelphia, PA, 19103, has temporarily closed due to emergency construction. This closure took effect on Monday, November 6, 2023, and will remain in place until further notice.
