Teen Reported Missing in Charlotte County

CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FL – Lillian Welch, a juvenile, has been reported missing following a disagreement with her parents at her Rampart Blvd residence. Currently without a phone, Welch is believed to be with friends but is classified as endangered due to her minor status.

Authorities urge anyone with information about Welch’s whereabouts to contact the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office at 941-639-2101. Welch is described as 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 116 pounds, with brown hair and blue/green eyes.
