BUCKS COUNTY, PA – Shakur Ali Brisbon, 25, from Neshaminy Valley Drive, has been sentenced to 7 ½ to 21 years in state prison by Common Pleas Judge Raymond F. McHugh.

The sentencing, which took place on Tuesday, comes after Brisbon pleaded guilty to drug delivery resulting in death.

The case revolves around the fatal overdose of 23-year-old Olivia Seaberg in Bristol Township. Seaberg died on November 24, 2022, after purchasing counterfeit prescription pills laced with Fentanyl from Brisbon.

The Bristol Township police, dispatched to an apartment on Bristol-Emelie Road, found Seaberg deceased with evidence including a blue pill containing Fentanyl and an empty pill bottle.

A forensic examination of Seaberg’s cellphone led to Brisbon’s identification as the seller. The Bucks County Coroner’s Office confirmed Fentanyl Toxicity as the cause of death.
