York County Jury Convicts Man of Attempted Murder

YORK COUNTY, PA — David Charles Serio, a 60-year-old resident of Thomasville, has been found guilty by a York County jury on several charges, including Criminal Attempt to Murder of the First Degree. The conviction, announced by the Northern York County Regional Police Department, also encompasses three counts of Aggravated Assault, Propel Missile into Occupied Vehicles, and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.

The successful prosecution was led by Senior Deputy Prosecutor Elen O’Donnell, highlighting the collaborative effort between the prosecution team and the Northern York County Regional Police Department. Serio’s sentencing is scheduled with Judge Kraft on May 2nd at 1:30 pm, marking the conclusion of a case that underscores the commitment of local law enforcement and the judicial system to uphold public safety and justice.
