Police Investigate Early Morning Armed Carjacking in D.C.

Washington, D.C. – An armed carjacking incident occurred just before 5 AM today in the 3500 block of East Capitol Street, Northeast D.C., prompting an immediate response from the D.C. Metro Police Department. Authorities are on the lookout for two armed suspects, both described as black men, who are believed to be involved in this crime.

The police have issued a warning to the public not to approach these individuals, as they are considered dangerous and are armed with handguns. Instead, anyone with information about this incident or the suspects’ whereabouts is urged to contact the police at 202-727-9099 or text 50411.

As of now, no additional details have been released regarding the carjacking.
