POLK COUNTY, FL – Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd has released information regarding a tragic incident at the South Lakeland Airport in Mulberry. The sole victim of the fatal plane crash has been identified as 76-year-old Arthur Canning, a pilot from Lakeland.
