Prison security fence. Barbed wire security fence. Razor wire jail fence. Barrier border. Boundary security wall. Prison for arrest criminals or terrorists. Private area. Military zone concept.

A man from Georgia, Dillan Michael Tennant, 24, has been handed a 15-year prison sentence for severely beating his two toddlers following a mess they made last year. Tennant was found guilty in March on two counts of cruelty to children in the first degree by jurors in Catoosa County. The same jurors recently decided on a 30-year state prison sentence, with the first 15 years to be served without the chance of parole.

The acts of violence occurred between March 14 and March 16 the previous year. During the trial, it was revealed how Tennant repeatedly struck the children over two days due to a mess they made in the bedroom. The injuries inflicted led the grandparents to contact law enforcement, triggering legal action against Tennant.

Despite denying responsibility, the severity of the injuries was undeniable. As a result of the sentencing, Tennant is also prohibited from having unsupervised contact with children.
