Florida Couple Tapes Together Lottery Tickets in Failed Attempt to Claim $1 Million Win

On Thursday, Kira Lee Enders and Dakota Jones were arrested for allegedly taping together two non-winning lottery tickets to create the appearance of a $1 million 500X The Cash scratch-off win.

The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office found that the ticket was altered, leading to charges of forgery/altering a lottery ticket.

Enders and Jones are scheduled for a court appearance on May 10.
